A full turnkey refurbishment of a luxury penthouse apartment in Kensington, located just moments from Hyde Park. Set within a Grade II listed Edwardian building, the 3,800 sq ft, four-bedroom residence with two bathrooms and two private terraces was reimagined as a refined yet highly functional home, balancing elegant entertaining spaces with integrated work and private living areas.

The design approach respected the building’s heritage while introducing contemporary workspaces within an open and fluid layout, supported by advanced building services and a cohesive material palette, creating a warm, luxurious environment suited to both productivity and leisure.

Delivered over a four-month programme, Nineteen Interiors acted as lead designer, main contractor, and project manager, delivering a fully coordinated refurbishment from initial concept through to completion and aftercare as part of our luxury refurbishment services in London.

The scope included complete reconfiguration of the kitchen and bathrooms, bespoke joinery to the lounge and study spaces, and the integration of a comprehensive lighting, audio-visual, and environmental control system, creating a seamless and intuitive living experience.

The project required close coordination with the building management team. Nineteen Interiors managed all logistical planning, including loading bay access, delivery scheduling, permits to work, health and safety compliance, and the administration of the Licence to Alter.
